This product is for removing make up on you face and Neogen Green Tea Stick is a kind of cleansing foam. It is like a soap which makes foam. If you are interested in K-beauty, you know double cleansing. First, you can remove your make up with Heimish All Clean Balm at first and please wash off with tissue or facial sponge. Secondly you can make foam with Neogen Green Tea Stick Cleanser and wash off your face with water perfectly. That's Korean double cleansing. Cleansing is very important for beauty. Is this balm supposed to be solid? Mine arrived and it is very liquidy even after putting it in the fridge overnight.

I just received the Heimish All Clean Balm, and it is more liquidity than balm like, but it also has chunks in it. I took a wisk and stirred it, then put it in the fridge but to no avail it did nothing but turn the big chunks into a bunch of tiny chunks!! I am returning this item.
