These LED minilights are just the thing if you need bright lights that are cool to the touch and have options in regard to blinking patterns.This 100 light string is just the right number for a Christmas tree of moderate height and will serve you well for many years. The LEDs require far less electricity than the old style incandescent bulbs and they will last far longer. I purchased the blue string and they are very beautiful in any circumstances...well, almost. The controller allows the user, by pressing in on the button, to change the lights to a number of patterns of blinking lights. In reality, there aren't many choices, just variations on a couple.The lights are VERY bright. As a matter of fact, they are almost blinding at night within a house. One of the joys of Christmas to me was turning down the house lights to enjoy the lights of the tree. In this case, these LEDs are unpleasant to watch under those conditions. The other negative is that they cannot be arranged in serial...or, end-to-end as there's no plug on the end of this string. So, they would be difficult to use outside to decorate along the eaves for example.They're good lights, but a little too bright and best used in a lighted home or office.

Pros: They work.Cons: included effects are a bit useless for a solid color set. Mainly because there are only 2 separate sections of led's, odds and evens. One section flashes, then the other. It claims sequential effect, but that is not possible with only 2 sections, it's more of a back and forth effect. Not exactly the best choice I've made..

Beautiful. Ordered them November 29th, 2019. They arrived next day November 30th, 2019. Different modes for the lights. I picked blue. It's my husband's favorite color. These lights did not disappointed. So beautiful. Will be buying different colors to do different thems each year for Christmas.

These lights are awesome. Really bright, and the clear wire coating looks like ice! I also love that you get several feet of wire before there are any lights on the strand. Several modes of light flashes. Definitely will buy more!

Love the brightness and the different modes. Too early to determine the quality and how long they will last for.
