It works as advertised and has the capabilities you paid for. In retrospect, I should have paid more for something that will let me locate the device within a few feet. It is simple to use. It took a while to figure out how to replace the battery. It isn't hard to replace the battery once you know how. I will probably put it on one of the more expensive Halloween props in my front yard. If I hide it well, the thief will not know it is there and I can track it down.

Has not worked for me since I got it. It always says on the app that it it “out of range.” I can be holding it and it still says out of range. Sometimes the ring tone will go off as well randomly. I could have gotten a bad one but this was my experience.

Stuck it to the back of the TV remote. This tracker was of little help in finding a misplaced TV remote. Turns out that a small through pillow is enough to mute the sound put out by the tracker.

Doesn't work won't even connect to the app and there is no help or support just says press button and hold next to phone witch doesn't work

Difficult for me to review fairly as I bought two and one stopped working within one hour. Consequently both returned to Amazon for refund.

Easy to use

I bought 2... One works to find keys, but not to find the phone, the other one worked for one day only. Replaced battery and still no good. Will be returning both.

Bought 2, first one worked fine. After restarting my phone would not connect again even when right next to phone. Tried to connect second one but wouldnt connect even if right next to phone. Would always say out of range.Tried leaving batteries out for a day but that didnt reset the tag so have 2 tags that cant connect to phone and customer service arent replying to my emails.
