Are these the bitter ones with B17? Lots of them are sweet kernels...

If these are the ones with the brand name Delice, I bought these the last time I ordered and I found them to be only about half of the seeds were bitter, the other half sweet. These had a higher percentage of bitter seeds than the ones I purchased earlier that were from Turkey. They were only about one third of the seeds were bitter. I'll try another brand next time.

What is the connection between these apricot kernels (asin #b07mh3gtyh) and almond extract?

I use almond extract for cooking I eat the seeds every morning to keep cancer at bay (this is controversial) I am 15 years out from having cancer and I am still going strong - It works for me - keeping in mind that NOTHING works for everybody

Can you use in kale shakes?

I haven't ever tried it, but I don't know why not. As long as your blender is reasonably powerful. They do have a strong flavor though, so you might end up with a big cup of a drink you don't like...
