Perfect for Beginners
I bought this for my son when he started piano lessons. It is perfect for practice. Weighted keys feel like a real piano. Keys are sensitive. Features plenty of instrument sounds. I just wish it came with a manual for all the functions.

Nice for the price
I bought this due to COVID 19 shutting down my daughters college and converting to online class format. Unfortunately she was in the middle of piano classes (liberal arts school) and we either had to find someone who had one, rent one or buy. So, here we are the proud owners.....It came quickly, my 20 year old non graceful daughter put it together almost by herself ( we had to help lift on to base, but she likely could have done it herself). She says the sound is okay, but has been playing an actual piano up until now. She passed her piano class, so, I'm gonna say it's a win!! And now she has a piano for her first home LOL

not weighted, sounds terrible, not worth $400
it is very easy to assemble, i’ll say that. but that’s the only good part. the sound quality is not good, it’s not a weighted keyboard, feels cheap, and the sensitivity of the keys for loud or soft sounds is very hit or miss. i will be returning and requesting a refund. definitely not worth $400.

Quality and Review
Way shorter than I thought for my tall self. Easy to put together. Directions leave you not knowing how to put it together. So just do it on your own. You’ll get it. Don’t tighten screws until the end!! It makes a difference. The sound is great. I dig it. I’m giving 4 stars because I ordered a black piano and received white. I didn’t want to go through the refund/exchange deal because it’s a mess and this thing is not lightweight. Also, I used affirm to make monthly payments so it’s easier and a good thing on your credit. Quality of piano is great. I don’t understand why I didn’t get what I ordered, but still happy I did. Go order you one.

Not awesome
They use pre drilled holes with built in inserts to keep the screws in place. Quality of the actual stand sucks. Due to one of the inserts not in place I was unable to put together the piano. Insanely disappointed. Chatted with Amazon for assistance. They said either return or keep and they could give me a partial return, I said return. But the scheduled pick up time came and went. 2x. This is the WORST experience I’ve had with returning an item. Actual keyboard was ok, sounded decent, didn’t feel like the real thing but decently close. Company it’s sold through tried to send me $60 for the trouble but couldn’t figure out how to do it. They kinda jerked me back and forth for a minute until I decided I was done. Won’t buy from them again

Not worth $400ish
The media could not be loaded. Bought this for my daughter to learn piano. Keys does have a touch sensitivity to create soft and loud tones depending on how hard you press but doesn't feel like a real piano. Has over 679 sound effects. Only down side I found is after a while of playing an awful buzz and crackling comes from the speakers. Could just be some bad wiring or soundboard came dirty (which I doubt.) If it happens again, I'm cracking it open and seeing the damage for myself.
