Love/Hate Relationship with Dockers D2 Pants
Theses pants are great and I order them in multiple pairs every 6-8 months, the reason I have to give these pants a 4-star rating is two fold.1. I have probably ordered over a dozen of these pants and I have had to return at least 2-3 pairs since the pants show up with small pulls in the fabric or incomplete seams (i.e. a hole). I probably have a 75% success rate with these pants but I have come to accept this since a) the return/replacement is haste free and fast and b) I typically can't find these pants cheaper than at Amazon.2. The crotch area wears out long before the rest of the pants even get close to looking old/worn. It seams this is a problem that others have experienced with these pants however I have started washing these pants using the gentle cycle (and drying them at a lower temperature) with seem to help with not only my pants but also my shirts. I seem to be getting a good 1-2 more months of use out of my pants with the these new washing/drying techniques however the lower dryer heat does seem to leave the pants slightly more wrinkled than before. A couple shakes out of the dryer and hanging them straight overnight seems to get them almost perfect. The only thing you do not want to do is leave them in the dryer. I have found that even an iron will take out 100% of the wrinkles made by pant left in the dryer (a complete re-rinse has been my only fix). These pants other than the issues mentioned above are very rubust and most stains wash away easily with minor pre-treatment with regular detergent. They also have a decent stain resistance as I don't have to wash these parts after every wear (typically get 3-4 wears).I would recommend anyone to try these pants and I will continue to buy more of these pants for years to come.

Great Fit for slim men
I am a middle-aged, mostly thin guy who wears 33x32. I am a bit rear-end challenged. These slacks fit my backside without bunching up or looking like I have poopie-pants. Yeah, some khakis seem to have been made for people with 2-3 times the butt that I have so for me the butt part of the pants bunches up and/or sags due to excess fabric. Great for people with large backsides, but for us people of standard height/weight we need pants cut for smaller back-sides.Pros:These slacks fit well. Are true to size. And look great. They are easy to care for and don't require ironing.Cons:Relatively expensive. And the pants show wear in the fabric around the front pockets where I keep keys in my pocket. I wear these daily (I have several pairs) and get about 9 months out of them before they are worn out. They wear on the zipper seams, the creases, and the hems at the bottom. In short, they wear out. But I guess all pants do.If I got a full year out of the pants and if they were a bit more affordable I would rate at 5 stars. But I can barely afford two pairs at a time of these pants.

Great pants
Great pants. I've been wearing the same style for years and I love them. They can be inconsistent in the waist size, but this color seemed to be a good fit.Update: I am taking off a star because of inconsistencies in quality and fit. I ordered 3 pairs and wrote the review before trying the 3rd pair. The first two were a great fit and good quality. The third pair felt like a different fabric and was noticeably tighter than the other two. I have been getting these pants for years, so I never looked at the reviews on here. One reviewer mentioned about where the pants are made affecting the quality. They were absolutely correct. The first two pants were made in Bangladesh and were great. The third pair was made in Haiti and were tight and cheaper quality. Most people seem to have problems with these pants when they are made in Haiti. I am confirming that. I am sending back those pants and will hopefully get a pair that is not made in Haiti.

HAIL TO MALE BOOTY
Alright so I got a pair of these at a Kohl's a year or so ago and like every 24 year old man, I hate going shopping. Since I liked the way they fit I just order them online from now on. I love these pants, they fit well, and they make my booty look good. I'm a relatively fit guy, I got some lovely lady lumps and these pants seem to accentuate them well (Thanks Rippetoe). That being said, the reason they only get 4 stars instead of 5 is they do not handle stress well. If you're sitting at your desk jerking your gerkin and doing business...well you'll be fine. But when you gotta poweclean 80lb printers and you're walking 5 miles a day, these just do not hold up. My ass pushes out my wallet so I got a tear in the back pocket the first pair. And I got an inner thigh tear on my second pair. So I would recommend buying these with a sewing/patch kit. We're all gonna make it, brah.

Good
Having to dress for work every day I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and look of these pants. They are comfortable enough to wear every day yet have a look refined enough for the office environment. They wash up well and exhibit minimal shrinkage in the length. They do tend to shrink a bit in the waist. I can live with this as I always buy trousers a waist size bigger. The need for ironing after a wash is minimal as well, but I still give them a quick once over with the iron just for good measure. A word of fashion advice to those of us men... please don't buy your trousers too long long. I have seen many men with pant legs pooled and gathered around their shoes. The pant leg should have a slight break at the top of the instep. It just looks cleaner and presents a more professional appearance. I have seen these same pants at department stores for $70+, I got them for half that on Amazon. Now all Amazon has to do is get a better selection of dress shirts at a reasonable price.
