Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! I receive so many compliments on the beauty of this bowl every time I use it for a gathering. It is a very large bowl - measures 8 3/4" at the top, and 4 3/4" at the bottom. Has a 10 cup capacity with a little room to spare so food does not spill over. Each piece is hand painted, making each bowl unique. It is oven proof, freezer proof, dishwasher safe, and microwavable. The special glaze used by the artisans make the pottery sturdy and chip proof for every day use. Several times while washing my bowl I have bumped it on my ceramic sink, and the bowl sustained no damage. This brand of Polish pottery is worth your investment. I have begun to collect a few Polish pottery items as heirlooms of my heritage. This is a Unikat piece of Polish pottery, meaning it is remarkably breathtaking because of the time and effort that an artist takes to make the piece, using a variety of six to eight paint colors and including fine details, making each piece unique.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter-in-law to add to her collection of Polish pottery. It was beautiful and she was thrilled with it! I was a little nervous because I usually buy these items from a store near downtown Detroit that specializes in Polish goods and this bowl would have cost double this amount there. I was advised by a friend who went down to the shop that their selection was very poor this year and that I should not waste my time driving down. I thought, well, I'll try Amazon resisting all those voices screaming "shop local!" in my head. One of those happy/sad experiences. The bowl is gorgeous, defect-free and the price was great! It is unlikely that I will drive an hour out of my way to spend double the price just to patronize a shop that doesn't keep adequate inventory on hand. Another win for Amazon! And me, too...

This bowl is very nice . Its very well painted and just the right size for a salad or as a mixing bowl . I leave it on my side board because it is just lovely !Can highly recommend !

This bowl is the perfect size, it's beautiful as well. I have a small collection of this pottery, and it fits right in. I use them everyday, I have several coverd dishes in this pattern that I make casseroles in. I love them, they add a great look to any table. This would look nice with most table settings. Beautiful and functional, what more can you ask?

Accurate picture very beautiful for a bowl. I will always have this out on the countertop. Fast shipment well packaged perfect condition. So happy I ordered this bowl .

Disappointed. I was so excited to receive this bowl but it came with a flaw/chip on the rim. I’d return it for an exchange but it isn’t available. For the price, I would expect much better quality.

I love this bowl, it is a great size to use when family and friends come over. I would purchase more pieces; but just don't have room to store them when not in use. I like looking at the art work.
