Purchased this to donate to a local community center to help them move food into their pantry. I don't know if they actually needed the 2 ton weight capacity that this provides. But, having that capability means it is a bigger frame with larger tires that help greatly when pulling a loaded cart over a door threshold. The folks at the community love it.

product arrived in packaging that looking like science project. Its shipping box was two large boxes taped together to 'make 1 large box' to hold the content on this platform truck. After opening, I was noticed that the order did not come with any fasteners to attached the wheels to the platform. I tried using a set of bolts for another Rubbermaid cart I had, that has the exact same wheel size and design. However, it was then discovered the holes in the cart are NOT EVEN THREADED. So I cant even buy a set of bolts to put this platform cart together.What a joke!!!!

The cart that was delivered to me seems to be composed of parts (wheel mount and push handle) that are not consistent with the platform and associated framing. Specifically, the wheel mounts do not match the platform mounting site and the push handle is to small for the receiving holes, preventing the locking pins from fully engaging resulting in the handle popping out of their platform mount, which is a pain when moving items. The cost of the 'truck' is high, which would have been OK if the 'truck' was properly equipped, so buyer beware.

These carts are everything I was looking for I deal with forms and paper and i thought it would be a problem with over 500 lbs on the cart I went as far as a 1000 lbs and these carts are amazing I would recommend anyone to try these carts out

The card arrived without the assembly bolts. It says it’s not eligible to be returned. We would like Either the assembly bolts for the item replaced. And after finally getting through to Rubbermaid after two weeks they told me a bolt kit was not available. I will never buy another Rubbermaid product in my life

This is the second cart we purchased ...The first one we had no problems.The second had the wrong fasteners, so we can't assemble... still waiting for the correct fasteners... its been over two weeks.It is easy to assemble ...if you have the right fasteners!!!
