PERFECT
This cap is exactly what I was looking for. First, to address some of the issues that others have reported. To qualify my comments let me say that my head is considered to be an oval shape, the anatomy of my head and the position of my ears is pretty normal, my head has a circumference of 7 3/8”, and I wear my hair short like a crew cut.The crown of the cap seems to be a pretty standard depth. I suppose you could say it might be a little shallower than a LIDS or MLB cap. But when you pull the cap all the way down onto your head. The cap and your head become one but the cap still isn’t down around your ears. The fit of the cap to the head and not on the head is also accomplished by the structure of the front panels. The two front panels are not rigid. The front structure, if any, is achieved by using a double layer of material at the front of the cap. The cap is crushable is a simple way to put it.Like I said, I’m a 7 3/8” head. The Velcro adjustment band still has 1 3/4” left until the two ends of the adjustment straps would butt up to each other. So, you could still join the two ends together with a 3/4” overlap and still gain an additional 1” in sizing. That means you could still use this cap if your head is 8 3/8”.I got the black multicam and it appears to be to spec in color and quality. The rear Velcro strip measures 3 7/8” x 1”, the top square is 1”, and the front is 2” x 3”. They are all squared up and centered. The bill of the cap is preformed. There are two slight bends in the bill about 3” apart. This gives the bill a nice curve that works for me. I think the bill is made out of a pretty stiff synthetic and I’m not sure how pliable it would be for those that want to alter its shape. I’m sure it can be done so don’t let that detract from the cap.I just convinced myself that I need to order a couple more of these in different colors.

Good cap, real MultiCam, made in the U.S.A.
I have a big head - literally. Most caps look or feel small on top of my melon. This cap is right on the edge of that. If you wear something over 7 1/2 in a fitted hat, this cap will be too tight on your head. Anything smaller and it will fit comfortably. The Velcro strap on the back has plenty of adjustment. The brim is my one complaint. I am used to rounding the brim on caps during the process of fitting them to my head. This brim comes tightly rounded which may cause pinching at the temples if you've got a sizable noggin. I had to straighten the brim on this cap to make it fit better - the reverse of my normal process.Pros:- Cut, sewn and assembled in the U.S.A.- Even stitching- Hook and loop patches are centered and even (rare in my experience)- Sweat band inside the cap is wide and comfortable- Licensed Crye MultiCam means a guarantee of quality materialsCons:- Brim is pre-bent into a tight arc- Bowl is shallow (sits up off the ears)Measurements:- Front patch panel: 2"x3"- Top IR panel: 1"x1"- Rear nametape panel: 1"x4"- Bowl depth: 4 1/2"

WARNING: Cut Too Small For A Large Head
While the quality of the cap is good (thus the 5-star rating,) the fit is too small for anyone looking for a hat to fit a larger head. The cap's sides and back are cut approximately one inch above my ears. It feels like a brisk breeze would blow it right off my head. I ended up giving it away as a gift to someone with a smaller head.UPDATE: While this is a well-made cap and I still want one that fits (size 7 7/8), I am still searching for a cap that is not low-profile, "tactical" or "operator" sized, which I now understand to mean small crowned. If anyone can direct me to a normal-sized cap (like a typical MLB-sized) with this tan stone camo coloration, I would appreciate it.

My new favorite hat
Removed the velcro from the front right out of the box and improved it (i'm not into big branding). Matches the pants of the same print if you're into that.

Great hat. Would and will buy again.
Bought this hat about 5 years ago. Wore it quite frequently. I am a firm believer in Tru-Spec and all their products. They last just as long as they should, if not longer. Just bought my second one. Would and will buy again.Velcro is exceptional and overall a good quality hat. No complaints at all.

Great caps
Got one for my son and I. We both love these caps. Its actually the only hat my son will wear. They are made well from sturdy material. Great value.

I Love This Hat!
I absolutely love the fit of this hat. Great workmanship and made in the USA. I generally have a hard time finding a good hat that fits my head shape well. Most hats that I try on are too deep and I end up having way too much air space between the top of my head and the hat.If you like a hat that has a shallower depth that sits close to the top of your head, this hat is for you.

Bad stitching job
Ordered and received my MC Black hat.The Velcro patch on front was nowhere near centred. The lower edge was just barely above the brim!I asked for and received a replacement, thinking the first was just an “operator error”.Nope!Second one exactly the same. Bad batch?Either way, returned the SECOND one and went with a more expensive, properly built, 5.11 hat.Amazon is sliding into the Aliexpress/Wish category with the below standard items they’re flogging.

Superb quality as expected from Tru-Spec!
Superb quality. Really pleased. Made in the USA. Good subdued pattern and comfortable to wear. Not like some cheap and badly made caps. This will last a long time.

Better for bigger heads?
I had a comically small head so that's likely the issue with this hat. Seemed well made but just didn't fit me, ended up with the Condor version and looks way better.

Cap is too small for adult head, but great on my 12 yr old.
