Works great on the Index
I got this after it was recommended by somebody on the /r/valveindex subreddit. I'd been in the market for a stand of sorts, but most of the ones I saw are wall-mounted or hang the headset upside down so dust could get inside. For $25, this is surprisingly pretty solid. It's lightweight and comes in a small box. I was surprised at how tiny it was.Assembly is a breeze. Its four parts (the base, the headset rest, and the two controller rests) just attach to each other with no hardware needed. Some reviewers mention there's no instruction for installing the controller rests, but they simply go on before the headset part does. Easy peasy. The logo is an eyesore in people's photos, but I don't notice it at all.It doesn't come with any sort of "protector" or bag or cover for the headset, so I simply cover mine with a 16"x16" microfiber cloth that rests on top of my Index. Some reviewers point out that the controllers don't fit on the rests as pictured, but this only means that they don't completely nestle in like it looks like they should. They still work totally fine because the rests are literally just hangers for the controller. Putting them in backwards makes them seem more "secure" I guess, but I'm not jostling this thing around, so they aren't going anywhere. If you just leave your VR headset sitting on a table or something, get this, it'll clean your space up a bit and it looks nice. :)

Just nice.
Its an Index stand. Thats about it.I was expecting it to be metal, but its plastic. Its thicker than most plastics, and its not 3D printed, which is a plus.I havent received my Index yet, however, I will be updating the review when I do.Instructions are a bit confusing, they apparently make alot of VR headset stands from a base model of their stand. So their instructions show how to make EVERY stand, which is a bit confusing. The controller rests on the instructions go down much further than they do for the actual product. But its still overall pretty good.

It does the job although this is not custom made for the Index.
First of all this is a universal VR stand but if fits the Index pretty well. There are two hooks where you hang the controllers and as mentioned in other reviews you have to put them in reverse from what the instructions show. Also as mentioned the instructions doesn't include all the steps as it skips putting on the controller holders. Just look at the pictures of the stand and you can figure it out. It would be nice if they just fixed their instructions though.

Featherlight but functional.
This product fills a niche void for VR headset stands, but the extremely light weight of it means it ends up sliding around the surface you put it on. When you need to attach a headset and two controllers to this, while dealing with all the cables involved, it can get a little annoying. Overall though, it is functional and I won’t be replacing it with something else, unless it breaks. Also, please remove that ugly logo.

Works as advertised! Better now with firm joints!
Edit: Because the stand is designed to be held together by friction and tight fitting joints and nothing 'snaps' together, I disassembled the stand and reassembled it applying silicon caulking at the slip joints. It's rock solid now. You might want to buy a small tube of the 'Dap caulking' as that will clean up easily with water as some of the caulking will squeeze out... The Index and stand are sitting on top of the box the Index came in. The stand was easy to assemble and holds the headset and controls just fine. The checked flag bandanna is the cover that I place over the Index when I'm not using it to keep the dust off.

Good product great customer service
I was a little skeptical when this first arrived due to it weighing so little. I had a little trouble putting it together (my fault) and i sent an email to the seller to see if they could help. I expected to get an email a few days later, but to my surprise they called me within 30 minutes and helped me step by step. Once it was assembled i found it was more than sturdy to hold the Index. The only thing I’d say the could do to improve the product would be to add a more tactile surface to the base to keep to it from sliding.

Great with the index
Very good looking stand for the index, with anti slip pads on the bottom, definitely exceptional value and easy to set up. 2 complaints. 1, there's a dumb blue logo on the base. I just painted over it. 2, it's held together by fiction. The stalks are very loose, but it can be fixed with tape on the inside for thickness or glue.

Nice Design
I wanted something nice to set my headset on when I wasn't using it, and this works perfectly. This is stable enough that it holds the headset and I am not worried it will fall off or break easily. I got it for the valve index vr headset and the controls with it, and it does that quite well and I'm very happy with it.

Not quite compatible with HTC Vive
The product is not the same as pictured. The holders are not adjustable on height.
