How long is the rubber handle part on the longer bars like the 31" ? Trying to see if it will fit in the side holes on my matco tool cart ?

length of rubber handle on the long bar is 6 15/16". I mounted my bars to the side of my box with a section of uni-strut. Spacing for handle width and bar fitment worked well. these are a premium bar you will be happy with

Can someone please explain the use case difference between straight tip and curved tip pry bars? Why choose straight over curved and vice versa?

The curved tip allows you to always get a leverage pivot very close to the object being pried on, even when that item is situated against a large flat surface. The prying force is applied by the tip of the bar on the surface of the object being pried on. If a straight bar is used against a large flat surface it would force you to pry “up” on the bar which would apply force to the edge of the part being pried on rather than to the surface as would be done if you could pry “down” on the bar and lever the tip “up” as you would with a curved tip bar.
