Cheap quality steel
Very cheap, shiny impostors... the soft steel these are constructed of should make it easy to drill out the one which snapped off in my converter/manifold combo, which happened after only backing it out one time to loosen the pipe some so I could adjust the bolt on the other side. Dorman from the local auto parts store are probably better than these which is upsetting because AP is normally know for better quality exhaust components... but I guess that doesn't apply to hardware.
