I grew up with a Lebanese mother and we had thin bread all the time. I loved it. It's been quite awhile since I've been able to find it and was very pleased when this was delivered. It is authentic thin bread and I love it!! Will definitely buy this again!! Thank you for offering this on Amazon!!! It is fresh and packed well and shipped quickly. It is not what you think of as pita, but authentic thin Arabic bread.Edit: I have been buying this bread at least once a month for awhile. It always comes fresh. The seller is excellent and is always quick to reply to any messages. I very highly recommend this seller and this bread!!! Both are awesome!!!Edit: This bread was unavailable for a short time and I tried another thin bread and I threw it out. It came moldy and really had no flavor. I will always buy from this seller! They ship quickly and the bread is always fresh and soooo tasty!! I wish I could leave 10 stars for a rating!!!

A few facts... the 'black' marks on the bread is not mold or mildew, that is just cooked flour from the pans it is baked on. This bread is not too thin, it is perfect! To separate the bread, use a pair of scissors and cut off the tiniest bit, insert your hand to push it apart. If your bread does become stale, just open it, butter each half and toast it, break it apart, you will have chips to eat with hummus.This bread is fantastic! It is fresh, and tastes delicious - I haven't had 'Syrian' bread in 13 years - we moved to north dakota and there are no Mediterranean bakeries here (or near me) - yes, I can make my own but the pocket is never right and it is never thin enough - thank you to the seller!I have purchased several times now and this bread is always fresh! You came back online and raised your price a dollar. The last two orders i received were pretty dried out and hard when they arrived. You always did well before. What changed. The orders took much longer to arrive.I am going to place another order. I hope you can get it to me much fresher and softer. thank you

I just got back from Saudi Arabia, I spent a year there and have been trying to find pita bread. I ordered this and when it got here I was let down. There was no flavor, it was not soft, broke to easy, and over all was not what true pita bread is suppose to be.

I ordered this pita bread specifically because it did NOT have any preservatives nor any malted barley flour, which so many baked good have and I am allergic to malted barley flour. I am very satisfied with this authentic pita broad. I tolerate it completely. I use it for sandwiches, burgers, or just plain toast. There's just one problem. It is VERY THIN and does not separate well making it difficult to make the actual pita pocket to put your burgers into or your scrambled eggs into or whatever u r making a sandwich out of. It came in a nice sized box, and the pitas were not folded. I promptly put them in my freezer and have been taking them out one at a time as needed. One of these BIG pitas makes four sandwiches. Very satisfied with this pita. Just wish it was easier to open up.

I know it's a risk ordering baked goods online but I couldn't find a pita that split anywhere near me so I took a chance. I was right to be apprehensive - they were on the stale side by the time I received them. It,s a shame because it's just the pita I was looking for. If they had been reasonably fresh when I received them It would have been a five star review. I wish I could find this brand in my local stores.

I ordered the bread not really knowing what to expect I never ordered bread on line. When I opened the box I could smell the sweet fresh sent of the bread. I ordered 4 packs froze 3 and opened one it was a hit with everybody it’s great for making raps, hummus etc.some people complained about the packing I didn’t have any issues all the loafs where in tact. Highly recommend.
