I received my order in an extremely timely matter. Plugged my Laptop up and it worked perfectly! I am over a large Media Ministry at my church I use my Laptop to broadcast our church programs. CONS: 1) The seller uses an image that clearly shows this product having a three pronged plug. It does NOT have a three pronged plug. If you buy this item from this seller you will not get the item they are advertising/charging you for. 2) The item they actually send you can be bought from other sellers for half the price. 3) The plug connects very loosely and falls out of the outlet under the weight of it's cord. 4) As other purchasers have stated thing this gets ridiculously, painfully hot. PROS: 1) The item works. 2) The item was shipped very quickly. I'm using it because I don't have the money for return shipping and my old power cord is not functional, but I would not have purchased it if someone had told me any of this before hand.

I bought it after my original charger and one I bought in replacement died one after another. I had to have my laptop(hp 1760p) working the day after. I was lucky this one offered same-day shipping and was cheap. People were complaining about something being not like on the picture. When my order was delivered, I checked and every connector was like one I was seeing on the picture. The problem turned out to be my battery, and when two previous chargers burnt out, this one just refused to work with that battery without making any scary noise or anything. When I finally tested - took my battery out and plugged AC in, this charger was the only one that was working. I am very happy with this purchase.

It got here days before it was due, which was nice. It works great, however, I just hate how it is way shorter than the original. For what I ordered and speed of delivery, I am satisfied.

I was not expecting to have to purchase an adapter for the power supply so that it would fit my computer. So, I have not used the item yet because I having to search for and adapter first. However, the power supply looks as it should work properly.
