Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour, 10 Ounce (2-Pack)

Tasty stuff, but be aware this is NOT the fish fry flour and requires an egf wash type process.

This is my go to flour. Difficult to find in any grocery store. Stock up with Amazon.

I love this flour. It was two dollars more than I get at Walmart but Walmart didn’t have any. So it must be good if I was willing to pay two extra bucks per box. It costs 2.64 at Walmart. I wish it was cheaper.

My wife has used this stuff for years and it makes the best fried chicken, county fried steak, and country fried pork steak that tastes golden crunchy good. We buy it on Amazon because the grocery doesn't keep enough of it on the shelf.

I finally found a proper Southern seasoned flour for fried chicken. This one thoroughly coats the chicken and stays on, unlike breadcrumbs. It browns up evenly to a golden yellow color and stays on even when I have to hold the chicken in the oven for a while. It is crispy and not greasy. I am a repeat customer.

Pretty good seasoned flour. I recommend it. I wish it was a little stronger seasoned, but I would certainly use it again.
