This arrived quickly and was very easy to install. This product is robust and flexible with plenty of length and fuse options . The kit comes with a tool to prise the cars liner open but I didn't need to use it. This is a bargain product of good quality that powers your dashcam without losing your cigarette lighter/12v outlet.

All components good quality. Robust and good instructions with pictures for anyone new to attempting something like this for first time. So easy to install. Great they supply the correct fuses to protect the device and your cam. Fuse puller and trim removal tool provided. Very very pleased with this. Excellent value and peace of mind to leave car overnight when away on breaks. Cable long enough to install for rear cam too. Great!

Selection of parts supplied should allow installation in any vehicle. The plastic pry bar wasn't that much use so I found another item in the toolbox to use for hiding cable behind the A pillar trim and roof lining. Overall very satisfied with the wiring kit. Had to replace the crimped fork connector for one to fit a larger diameter bolt. Works well no interference on radio.

Earlier in the year, I bought a dashcam which uses my cigar lighter socket for power and switches off when I remove the car key. The dashcam has the ability to record in the dark when the car is unoccupied but requires a permanent power connection. This fabulous kit has everything you need to connect to just about any make and model of dashcam. You don't even need to cut or splice existing wiring to connect the cable; simply remove a suitable blade fuse from the fusebox of your car (taking care to ensure that it is always live,) connect the supplied connector to the vacant socket and then plug the existing fuse you removed into the connector. Then simply run the cable back to your dashcam and hide the wire along the channel where the windscreen fits; any surplus cable can be strored behind the panelling of your car. Using this kit frees up your lighter socket for other purposes. It really is so simple to fit and will save you a considerable amount of money having your dashcam professionally fitted. An easy 5 stars!

Absolutely perfect kit. More than ample cable lengths and fuse adapters to fit almost any car or van since the 70's (and probably many before that). If you have a fuse box in or under the dash, this is a very easy kit to fit in a very short time. Fitted it to my transit and routed the cable behind the trim mounting my camera behind the mirror in less than 15 mins.

Very happy with this hard wired my dash cam this morning very straight forward. Have now used this at night and it performs perfectly well very good dashcam.

I purchased this based on the overall good reviews, as always with Amazon it arrived quickly and the contents were as described. The plastic trim tool was handy to avoid damaging the trim when fitting. Unfortunately I wasted several hours fitting this and trying to get it to work. It did supply power to the dashcam but for some unknown reason it wouldn’t record, yet the dashcam worked fine with the original cable plugged into the cigarette lighter where it recorded automatically upon turning on. I purchased a branded Nextbase hardwire kit (the camera is not a Nextbase but a Mio) and the dashcam powers on and works as it should, recording automatically.

Ideal as it contains a selection of connectors and fuses used on today’s cars. Some kits only contain one, then it may not be the correct one for your car. Good quality, good price and one day delivery.
