This is exactly what I expected it to be. I was shopping for a small to medium sized lightweight noisemaker for our local Relay for life event so that the teenage kids could call the theme laps before they happened, and this worked great!The good: the size. This is a 6 inch plastic noisemaker. It fits in your hand easily and is lightweight so can be carried for long periods without causing issues. It's compact size makes it easy to tuck away and the hard plastic is strong. Mine took more than 1 hard fall with no breaks, cracks or paint chips. The logo on the noisemakers is fun and generic enough to be used for nearly anything. The red really stands out as well. This is a fun product that slightly amplifies sound, so when the kids were yelling through it, it was loud but not offensively loud.The construction seemed really strong considering it's really just a glorified toy. There were no sharp edges around the mouthpiece and it is easy to hang on to.The bad: The basic quality. it is a very functional item, but the quality and the look of it is cheap. It's "nearly" a toy.All in all, I am pleased with this product. It really was exactly what I expected it to be, and it lasted through a 24 hour event being tossed around by a group of teenagers with no casualty. It's been stored away for next year's event. I would buy it again quite happily knowing that it really is just a high quality toy and not something you would use for a situation where you would really need to amply sound. This would be a great accompaniment to a cheerleaders costume for Halloween or could be used as a prop for a play.

Purchased for Girl Scout Cookie Booths. Be warned your kids will not want to stop playing with this. You may need to hide it. 😅 But it did exactly what I wanted which was to get the girls engaged and get people’s attention.

This is a cheering item I take to cheer my running club. It's very light and easy to carry. I love it.

This magaphone works, but it’s not sturdy, but is thin and could break.

Basically got this as a joke for my mom/dad. My dad is getting hard of hearing and can’t hear my mom talk to him from a shortish distance.Works just fine. If my mom tries talking to him and he doesn’t respond, all she has to do is pick up this megaphone and only raise her voice slightly and he responds right away.My mom only wishes it was smaller and had a handle or something.But it works for now and for the price, it’s great for what they need it for. Plus, now my mom doesn’t need to strain her voice anymore when she’s trying to get his attention.
