This is a great book to help build self-esteem in teenagers. It is an easy read and they loved the activities in the book.

Teens can work and journal through the workbook on their own. It would be great to work through with your teenager. And it is perfect to be used by teachers, counselors or church youth leaders! Something for every type of teenager (circle the answer, fill in the blank, draw or journal activities).I most loved the depth of the workbook. This is NOT some dumb downed workbook. The Self-Love Workbook for Teens truly is written for teens, but the healthy mindset concepts are truly life-changing! And I also appreciated that the book focused on personal growth and not pushing one agenda over another. So the workbook is perfect to be used in a variety of settings:)Highly recommend!

I originally purchased this book for two of my employees and they loved it, so when I got the notification that this book was released I thought about any teenagers I may know that would appreciate it. I ended up purchasing three copies and all three people gave me rave reviews on it! Makes a great gift!

I read reviews and thought this was great. Then it came, and it’s a very powerful book. Which is great, but so overwhelming for a teen. So much in depth information that I don’t think she was ready for.

My daughter loves this book. The assignments really open her eyes to heal.
