Yep that's fur. Also if your thinking of wearing them under your jeans think again over all looks good n fits comfortable

very cool, didn't know it was going to be fur lined. but it's fine. very stylish. and also very comfortable.

SON LOVED THEM BUT THE LINING DID NOT HOLD UP AND BROKE DOWN FROM TOP TO BOTTOM ON THE HEEL. MUST WERETWO PAIRS OF SOCKS INORDER TO HAVE SOME COMFORT.

Mine are a little lighter brown, perhaps an earlier edition, but same shoe (style & model). This is a great pr. of Osiris sneakers. Comfy. Tough shoe. Good build. It has fur lining so it's a bit more of a cool to cold weather sneaker. It is a bit more boot like than the usual NYC 83's as far as stiffness & how it laces, but it's not your average heavy or too stiff boot like shoe. It's still quite comfy & gives off a boot vibe w/ sneaker like comfort & weight. I'm a fan of Osiris sneakers & own quite a few pairs, mostly all the NYC83 style aside from a pr. of Bingaman which I find to have a different fit & feel to them than the 83's. Gorgeous but I do prefer the feel & fit of the 83's best.
