Q: what is the fabric made of? How much cotton, etc? "Lime regular workout pant," doesn't do it.

No cotton at all. Made of synthetic fabric ( new generation), looks good but I prefer lighter, they are a little bit literally heavy and come out creased after washing (no need to iron, straighten when worn)

Q: I'm 6'4" and 165lb what size might fit me best?

I bought an xl because all the other yoga pants seemed to run small. I am 5'5 and go between 130 and 140lbs, I definitely could have gone to a medium or large. Have lots of room a d material is stretchy.
