is there a tool that should come with the lighter to increase the flame or lower it?

No just take a flat screwdriver so you can adjust flames

dear,it will ok to refill with pure butane gas,but please note, the nozzle of the gas tank must be as same as the thirdth one, or it maybe caused the gas can't into the tank.

Why isn't my lighter working? I put butane in it and it still wont hold a flame

Use only very refined butane. Drain the the old butane. Use one of the adapters that comes with the good and expensive butane and it should work after filling it up. Set flame on high first and adjust downward. Hope this helps.

Great lighter

Got it for my husband who loves his cigars all year long! It is nice and so far its been perfect for those "windy" outside cigars ! Its seems very durable he's only had it a few weeks but so far he loves it.

Follow up much better good lighter

This review is based on the replacement lighter…the seller offered to send me a replacement because the first one was dead no spark no flame dead…I was planning to return it but the seller messaged me offering to send me a new one, I said sure,, got it in the mail ( very quickly) juiced it up, and it LIT the first click..working great so far..no double clicking to get it started.. torch lighters can be finicky no matter who makes them..good seller satisfied

Trash.

Looks great but Worked once and stopped…. Can’t refill and trust me I know how to refill these things you have to release all the remaining air out before refilling and it won’t take anymore fuel. Can’t believe cohiba would put their name on this and expect not to ruin their brand.
