I have a vest that I have been looking for a black blouse to go under it with a stand up collar. And I wanted it in black. I ordered this blouse since it was the only blouse with stand up collar in black on the amazon website.When it arrived and tried it on underneath the vest, the collar was standing up out of the vest right but the sleeve cuff was too bulky and my vest had long sleeves. So I decided not to keep it. I kept the other black blouse that came with it. I think it is a good style to wear with a skirt, trouser, and even jean. But not it is not good or made for to wear under something. And I wanted to wear it under my vest so it did not work out.On thing I want to mention is that I liked the quality of the fabric a lot. it was a very nice and interesting quality of Fabrik. Additionally, the cut was supposed to be fitted around the bust and wait. And it was very nicely done there. The bust part was very nicely fitted without the Fabrik getting stretched out around the bust. I liked the cut a lot but I did not serve my purpose. However, I recommend it. Very nice quality

LOVE this blouse!! I’m a fan of ruffles that make a woman feel sexy instead of little-girl frilly. This blouse exceeded expectations! The fabric has substance and heft without being heavy or weighed down; it’s soft and drapes in all the right places. The collar can be worn buttoned up or open at the neck; the ruffles are distinct and the stitching on my shirt is quite good. I purchased the off-white blouse - the color is a great warm white, very versatile. I receive compliments every time I wear this blouse, which is one of the indicator I use to measure the success of a purchase. Between the quality for price, versatility/neutrality, and the “instant polish” this blouse offers (dress it up or down, it’s a staple basic!), you can’t go wrong. Buy it now.

Holy SMOKES! I LOVE THIS shirt! Definitely read the size guide, it is accurate. I ordered a large and it actually fits me in both my shoulder and arms with a comfortable relaxed look...I am ordering two new shirts (an extra white to have in stock and now a black one) and I had debated about going down to a medium, but two I have very long arms and athletic shoulders and this shirt fits perfectly in that way -- yet I have some wiggle room off the shoulder, through the body of the short and the shirttail is a little long for me (goes to/over the crotch when tucked in) but for others who might be more curvy, it likely won't be noticeable. I'm 5'10" ((36AA-28-38))The quality is great ....soft material, strong stitching and the structure of the bliuse truly holds up with the collar giving that true Elizabethian look!This is my first Apparel review for Amazon and it's about the 20th item of clothes I've bought. Tells you the level of my satisfaction!

This blouse is beautiful, but make sure to size up. The fabric is more of a crepe feel and fairly sheer so a camisole would be in order if not wearing a vest or jacket. I normally wear a large, and the extra-large is tight, including the sleeves. The neck is also tight, but not too uncomfortable. My reason for 4 stars vs 5 is all about the sizing. The ruffles are great and perfect for the Victorian look I needed to accomplish. The front ruffle is perfect above a waistcoat/vest, and the sleeve ruffles are perfectly long enough to extend past jacket sleeves for the desired look. Overall, this is a great shirt and well worth the money if you can find the right size.

This is a great blouse - I have two now! For me, one size up was enough. I initially ordered the size L (based on size reviews - I usually wear a small or xs womens, size 4, with measurements 34.5"/32-34 D Bust- 25 waist -36 hip) and L was big all over - but so fluid and soft that I kept it! The sleeves LONG and stick out from jacket sleeves nicely! It tucks in well- see pics- the fabric is very soft and NOT BULKY when tucked in or worn under jackets, and it hangs beautifully. I loved it so much I ORDERED ANOTHER, in size M. M is still a bit roomy around a 25" waist and good (not tight) on 34.5 bust. Sleeves still long. I Think max measurements for M is 35.5, 28 w 37 hip, IF no gapping is your aim! Major plus - so fluid and soft that it disappears when you tuck it in, not leaving you lumpy. This blouse is stunning, wrinkles wash out nicely! Hang to dry. You'll love it.

Although this runs a tiny bit small, it worked out great with a beaded vest and velvet jeans for a holiday dinner.

This blouse is really cute but runs small! I wear S/M and ordered a medium. It was tight in the arms and around my core! I am a 36-38 B/C and the bust fit great! The neck was snug but an overall good buy but I returned it because I was afraid it would shrink after washing!

Bought to use for a costume...fit true to size chart and well made. (Haven't washed it yet, so not sure how it will hold up afterwards).
