nice and easy
I've never purchased a rice paddle of this price and caliber. No more plastic chemicals leaching from cheap rice paddles that are included in the purchase of a rice cooker. I also stir fried with it and it was so easy. No stains formed either, as I cooked some spicy red kimchee with it.

Pricy but perfect surface, size, shape, and quality.
Firm, with just a bit of flexibility around the edges, well constructed, perfect texture. I would have loved to find one for cheaper sure, but this is a very nice improvement over my other plastic rice paddle. I expect that it will last for many, many years. Sorry, I don't use a dishwasher, so can't comment on how well it survives one of those.

Easy to clean and I know I'm not going to scratch my rice cooker. Don't know why they even bother giving you a cheap plastic paddle when you buy a rice cooker. Definitely recommend!
