Once I got the hang of it, they are easy to use and great for preventing damage to your hair that you’d get from other bobbles.

Do not hold hair up
I have extensions and bought these as they were supposed to be better at holding thick hair tight. Didn’t even make it to my exercise class before it had fallen out!
