Just to make aware moma bikes will not repair your bike unless you send it to Germany first , my motor overheats cuts out but to be fair Amazon helped me out but not sure what will happen if it happens again

Not happy no instruction manual or set up tools in box

I've had my bike for around 4 months and have done over 2,000 kilometers. The only issue I had with the bike at the start was the brake levers were fitted the wrong way around, the front brake lever controlled the back brake, and so on. The bike was also slightly different from the one Amazon had on their website but was still happy with the one that arrived..The main differences were the power pack and the frame was slightly different.The first main issue I've had with the bike was today when it kept cutting out and there was no error on display and still showing 2 bars. I thought maybe the motor was overheating but after about 10 mins turning the bike off, it still cut out.Reading through the reviews, I saw someone else had the same issue and they said the last 2 bars don't go down and you get no warning the battery is low. Thankfully, I reckon I know the bike's range using levels 4 and 5, which is about 65km on mostly flat terrain.I was about 2 miles from my home and the bike is quite easy to cycle without the assist as long as you have it in 5th gear, even going up a short steep hill wasn't an issue.I do love the bike but the display ain't the best, too small and only in KM, and not much data to display, and the issue of inaccurate reading.All that said, it's a great bike for really hilly cycles under 30 miles and longer flat cycles of up to 40 miles.

The 1st bike, and 1st ride the battery/ motor made an awful noise and was litrally vibrating the bike. Amazon replaced the bike within 2 days. Unfortunately that bike arrived looking used with dirt on the wheels and no cover on the seat and had scratches. This bike also has problems. The chain keeps skipping and appears to be changing gears on its own. It is such a shame because the bike looks amazing but with issues it's pointless having. So dissapointed.

Pedal assist sensor broke after few miles contract moma say they don't ship spare parts too the uk I'd have to buy part myself had no bike for work over 3weeks so looks like I'll have to repair my self at my cost

I've bought two of them. Exactly the same problem with chain and gear 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Das Fahrrad ist echt Mega, sieht Top aus und lässt sich super fahren. Leider waren bei der Lieferung die Bremsen falsch montiert, Amazon hat hier aber sofort tollen Support geleistet. Die ersten Touren mit dem neuem e bike haben sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Kann das Bike nur empfehlen.

Das Fahrrad ist schnell da ,nur leider vom ersten Tag ging es nach kurze Zeit kaputt und jeden Monat kam mehr dazu was kaputt ging .So vom Ansehen her ein sehr schönes Fahrrad

Para empezar me asusté porque el eje trasero no es paralelo. Está torcido. Al parecer es el diseño de la bici así. Es muy pesada pero yo peso poco así que para mí tiene fuerza para subir largas cuestas. Los platos me cambian fatal. La lleve a un mecánico y a los dos días me fallan. Yo la dejo en el plato del medio y para lo que la uso me sirve. Es muy bonita y yo estoy contenta con ella por ahora. ( Uso de 15 días)

Esteticamente molto carina! Sulla carta denota qualità sopra la media, visto anche la fascia di prezzo (acquistato la MTB full da 29" a 1535€)....peccato che non abbia potuto fare neanche una pedalata! Tolta dallo scatolone, ho trovato già la parte elettrica collegata...tutto ok....vado ad accendere il display... e non si accende! Ovviamente non parte neanche il motore, nulla...Ho chiesto assistenza alla MOMA, ho fatto le operazioni da loro indicate, ma niente! A malincuore ho dovuto chiedere il reso! Mi chiedo se prima di inviare un articolo così, prima non facciano una prova di accensione.....le basi proprio.

Gli ammortizzatori non sono nulla di che ma questo era calcolato... Ma... Purtroppo quello che sembrava interessante ovvero motore e batteria si sono rivelati la brutta sorpresa... il motore in una salita ripida si sentono gli ingranaggi sforzare e cedere (sono 80kg) ci vogliono alcuni minuti perché si raffreddi e riparta, la batteria dopo un ora circa si surriscalda e si spegne e quindi mi ritrovo a metà di una montagna con una bici di quasi 30 da portare a mano... Il monitor segna spesso ERROR e va in blocco disattivando il motore.l, e segna velocità e km da Moto GP, in piena salita passa da 5 km/h a 85/99 km/h... Un giro di 10 km lo segna come se ne avessi percorsi 90... Avrò percorso 50 km scarso con tutti i vari problemi e ne segna 350... Il cambio e le ruote si allentano ad ogni uscita e vanno ritarate, il disco freni anteriore si è già rovinato perché la pinza lavora storta... SONO DISPERATO!!! sto aspettando la sostituzione sperando di essere stato solo sfortunato... Ma per ora sconsiglio, non ne vale la spesa
