Can't get rid of the silicone aftertaste
I purchased this to use with my 6 qt Instant Pot. It fits perfectly and turned out nicely shaped egg bites, as long as you grease it first. However, I've made two batches of eggs in this and cannot get past the flavor of the silicone, which is quite noticeable to me. After the first batch, I searched the internet for suggestions and how to alleviate this (as it's apparently a common problem with silicone cookware), and tried a 3 day process if soaking it in first a mixture of vinegar and water for 24 hours, then baking soda and water for 24 hours, and then lemon juice and water for 12 hours. I also ran it through the dishwasher. Cooked more eggs in it (and some in small glass ramekins) and the eggs in the silicone still had the aftertaste. So I'm done with this and disappointed in it. I'd had a different one several years ago when I was making pureed for my baby, and that one did not have this issue.

Finally, True Food Grade Silicone!
I've ordered a number of these types of silicone molds on Amazon only to find their claims of being food grade silicone (including "FDA approved") to not hold true. You do get what you pay for - this product by Popfex is the only one that is 100% silicone. The cheaper ones on Amazon contain fillers despite their claims. A simple pinch test and the material will turn white (do the pinch test near the rim of the product where it is harder).Go with Popfex 100% food grade silicone AND it's made in the U.S.A. It is worth the extra cost!

BUY THESE! YOU WON'T BE SORRY! AMERICAN MADE TO BOOT!
I am over the moon happy with this POPFEX Silicone Egg Bite Mold!!!! I specifically went looking for a mold made in AMERICA! Very important to me, now more than ever. I’m done with buying things made in China if I can at all avoid it. You get what you pay for. I purchased two almost identical products, again, both different brands from Amazon, but both made in China. I came to dread making egg bites, but my family loves having them so much every morning, that I suffered through. Out of desperation, I went looking again and found this POPFEX brand. The other two brand molds, despite spraying a non-stick coating in them, the eggs stuck to the molds like glue!!! They'd fall apart and tear in my attempts to getting the egg bite out of the mold no matter what I tried. It was exasperating! I thought it must be because they were still hot and let them cool, which takes a really long time. Again making what should be a quick meal preparation, into an hour’s long torture. Even cooled, the bites stuck to these crappy China made molds. Don’t even get me started on cleaning them afterwards. The second stage of the nightmare using these China molds. Even the dishwasher couldn’t get them clean. It was BAD.Today I put POPFEX to the test. My first test was that I was NOT going to coat the mold with non-stick spray prior to adding the egg mixture. My second test was when the first batch came out of the Instant Pot piping hot, I was going to IMMEDIATELY flip the mold over to see if they would come out easily. Not only did they come out instantly with zero coaxing from me, they were gorgeously formed! And look at how clean the mold looks right after I flipped them out! No more crumbled, broken, torn, disintegrated egg bites!!! YAY! The second batch is already in the Instant Pot as I type this review. I’m so happy with this mold I couldn’t wait to write the review (mostly to thank the seller!!). I believe going forward (because I’m buying more of these POPFEX molds) I’ll be able to prepare multiples and cook them stacked the way it’s intended! No more one at a time for this gal! This product far exceeded my expectation. The mold itself is sturdy and does not flop around keeping the liquid mixture secure. The lid has little catches around the edges allowing it to hold snugly to the mold and therefore you can actually freeze some egg bites in the molds as well or whatever you may make using them. (I understand baby food is a big one.) Having a garage sale this weekend and those other two brands are going up for sale. If they don't sell, it's the recycle bin for them both! I’ll be buying more of these molds from POPFEX later today!!! Making egg bites is a joy again! Thank you POPFEX!UPDATE: I am addressing other's comments regarding smell/chemical taste. I experienced NONE of this. I find it strange. I understand some are extra sensitive to things like this, but for me, this absolutely was not the case.

Great for freezing baby food and more
I love these trays! I bought two to make my own baby food, but I’ve also used it to freeze other foods (soup, creamer, etc.). Each mold is about 1/4c. They’re a little difficult to pop out immediately from the freeze, but leaving then on the counter for a few minutes seems to help. The size also fits perfectly in the Wee Sprout glass baby food containers I bought, so it’s super easy to just drop one into a jar and let it thaw in the fridge. I sterilize them between each use in the Dr. Browns sterilizer and it just fits one part at a time. Like all silicon, they can take on smells that require extra care (vinegar soak, for example). However, I’m very pleased that both the sweet potato purée and tomato soup I froze did not stain these trays, which would support that these are 100% silicon and nothing is leeching into the food from the trays. Once I’m done using them for freezing baby food, I plan to use as travel snack trays. I’m confident they’ll hold up for years. Lastly, LOVE that they are made in the USA. That’s the main reason I bought them so I’m very pleased to report they are awesome as well.

lunch tray for baby
Took me forever to find these. I have meticulously only fed my child in/with American made bottles, cups, plates, spoons etc. Now that I will be leaving prepared lunches for the nanny to feed her, I needed a compartmentalized plate with a lid, made in the USA. Very tough. Finally found these and I am hoping they work as needed. I plan on filling so many of the compartments with things like broccoli, cheese, yogurt, apples, hummus, etc and this appears to be able to keep them separated. I will update review after use.**UPDATE** These are awesome! My favorite part is that the lid fits nice and snugly and has little ridges which go in each compartment. I doubt the would keep liquid contained within each compartment if it were turned upside down, but it does keep the food from drying out in the refrigerator. Really fantastic lunch plate for my baby and made in the USA. Highly recommend.
