Amazon Basics Reversible Comforter Set, Twin / Twin XL, Grey Boho Medallion, Microfiber, Ultra-Soft

This comforter is very light weight and is a soft breathable material. I have not slept with it yet, and only just put it on the bed. But the material is fabulous. So far, I could not be happier with this comforter set. The price is very very fair. Also, since this is a warm, humid climate, I am very hopeful that it will work great year round. I will give an update to this review as soon as I have a week or two in.Update 3/4/2020: OK after sleeping with this comforter during chilly winter months, I find it to be great. The material seems well insulated. It certainly isn't cotton, that I prefer, which you can move your feet into an area and feel cool. This does not have the cool spots that I love. However, it does warm amazingly well for such a "light" comforter. In retrospect, I am not sure that I would recommend this for Hawaii. It still looks great and is clearly a very good value. I won't knock it for not entirely meeting my requirements. I think the lack of cool spots will make this less acceptable during the warm humid summer. Still 5 stars for the previous reasons.Update 7/2022: I am still using the comforter and it has been washed 50 times maybe. There are no holes or signs of wear. My little dog has long nails and digs at it frequently. I am beyond impressed for any price.

I really like the product because the color and quality of the comforter is same as mentioned in the description. Also, it is washable.

I'm not usually a huge fan of microfiber comforters or sheets for many reasons, mostly because microfiber retains heat and also sticks like velcro to the bottoms of my feet (my feet don't even look or feel dry on the bottoms, but microfiber always manages to stick to them). However, this comforter is very soft and feels much better than microfiber comforters I've had in the past. It's lightweight but not so lightweight that it couldn't be used in the winter. I bought this comforter because the only comforter I had was extremely thick and heavy and horrible for use in the summer. I was sleeping under a thin blanket for a while but found it was way too thin, and I would get cold at night, which is really rare for me. I usually burn up. This comforter still retains heat like any microfiber, but the softness and lightweightness of it outweighs this flaw for me. I can just kick some of it off and cool down if I get too warm. And honestly, I like this comforter a lot more than the expensive Izod one I was using. The fact that this comforter is machine washable makes it even better. This comforter is also a great size for my queen size bed.

Great comforter! I'm always cold at night so it's not warm enough for me on it's own in the winter, but I bought it specifically to use on top of a down alternative duvet insert and the two together are perfect. I plan to use it alone in the summer, but we'll see. It looks gorgeous, true to pictured color, feels fluffy and the fabric is nice enough, not nearly as plasticy as others I've tried. I haven't had a chance to wash it yet, so it'll probably soften up more too (and be less wrinkly). The only complaint I have thus far is that the stitching is at an angle with the checkered pattern, but it wouldn't be noticeable at all on any other pattern that doesn't have straight lines. I wouldn't really expect better at this price, so just something to keep in mind when choosing a pattern. Also, this could be my fault, but it seems to attract stain-like discolorations very easily. I keep finding mystery spots that look like grease stains, but I haven't had anything like that around it, and several are on the side I don't even go near. Never had this happen with other comforters, even lighter colored ones. We'll see if a wash fixes it — the pillow cases I washed right away and haven't noticed this problem with yet.

Bought this for a guest bedroom and am very pleased with my purchase. The sham and comforter come rolled up very tightly in plastic so I put them in the dryer with a damp towel for 15 minutes and almost all the wrinkles came out and there was no smell like some fabrics that are shipped compressed. The comforter was a little fluffier than I expected, but still a medium weight and the fabric has a nice smooth finish to it. I bought it with the same color Amazon basic sheets and the greys no not match exactly, but are close enough. The sham just fits a standard size pillow, the comforter has about a 10 in overhang on the end and sides. The price was fair and it was delivered quickly.

Love this comforter and pillow sham! I loved the first one I bought so much I bought a second! I was impressed by the quality for the price and it has become my fave comforter. It's a 'just right' on everything. If I had to complain about something it would be that the stripes are horizontal and not vertical like I thought when I ordered. No biggie. Maybe I'll edit to add photo when I'm not all wrapped up in it. I definitely recommend this set! EDIT to add: I own 6 of these sets now, they've been holding up well, I do wish Amazon would make more designs and in twin size. Never dry on high heat and check frequently to make sure it doesn't dry longer than it has to. These come super compact but fluff out nicely and are warm in Michigan winters! Still highly recommend!

I needed an affordable comforter set with a design my husband and I could agree on. This was the choice! I have very sensitive skin, and our old comforter was too rough for me. This being said, this is pretty soft! I’m hoping it gets softer over time. In the pictures the gray looks a little more warm toned, but it’s honestly more neutral/cool. I love the color! It’s lightweight, but we prefer it. It’s a bit more breathable than other comforters so I think it will be great in all seasons. I had already washed and tumble dried it at the time of the pictures, so I think it held up pretty well! Overall, I think it’s really cute and it met our needs for the best price we could find.
