Very interesting and informative. Definitely a Level 5 for advanced readers. I do really like that they added pronunciations in parentheses for the various species the first time you see the name. Very helpful, even for well-educated adults. Providing images so you can preview the book.

I can't believe someone would actually send this as if it was good. You can clearly see the book was cut in several locations in ways it's not supposed to be. And the top part is smooshed as well. This book should've never been sold.

Must read for all dinosaurs lovers, I will say young and adults too! Very informative and the story telling is done in a very intuitive way for my 6 yo to figure out the logical sequence. He remembers almost all the important facts and understands analogies drawn to the animals living now.

I like this book, but it is really aimed for younger readers. The text is large, but the pictures are cool. Overall, the facts are interesting, and the illustrations make it worthy to buy if you're into dinosaurs like the Tyrannosaurus rex.

My son who is into dinosaurs loved this book. There are trivia flashcards at the end of the book and he liked that one very much.

Bought this book for Christmas for my 7 year old and he has been taking it to school everyday, so success!!! I have not read it myself but for now it's enough to say that our purpose was achieved as my son loves it and shares all these information bits with us all the time. T-Rex is his new friend (scary!).

This nonfiction book does a good job of presenting two sides of an issue. I would use this book in my classroom to illustrate persuasive writing.
