Tamiya Models Kubelwagen Type 82 Model Kit (1/35 Scale)
I have several of these to make into different things. I think I was looking at this to go with a mechanics kit working on the motor. To be honest I cannot remember if there is one in the kit or not. And right now my model stash is not organized enough for me to pull one out and check. I have drivers and other stuff like a radio conversion for one to do. These are the German equivalent to the jeep and were everywhere and used by all branches. After the war civilians used them along with other countries so potential there is limitless. Tamiya makes wonderful kits with good molding little flash. because these are older kits there are likely ejection marks on some of the parts should be easy to clean up or hide in most cases.

Hands down. . The best Kubelwagen Kit. Almost falls together....but watch alignment of parts....if you are off 1/4 of an inch . .Ready to stuff an upper engine in it. . On a slow boat. Lower engine detail is excellent....Can you say diorama ?

Good Kit
Easy build, plastic good quality, no flash problems. Fitting can be delicate but overall good. Canvas cover on back not the most realistic, meh. Would rather have a sitting figure behind the steering wheel. Didn't use figure in kit.Wheels mount to axles a little delicate, can snap easily.

Neat kit
Nice Tamiya kit. Had difficulty with camp painting but that does not take away from the Tamiya quality. Always re-read instructions and you will have a neat finished product. I plan to diorama mine!
