Moen 116618BN Aerator, Brushed Nickel

Fantastic OEM replacement for the original aerator that came with my faucet, which was more than 20 years old. I didn’t know they needed to be replaced. Duh. Anyway this new Moen aerator works just like the original and it’s updated the appearance of my faucet, even though it’s brushed nickel instead of stainless. I can live with that—didn’t want chrome. Pretty happy.

This worked so well. My faucet had no water pressure but this fixed everything. It was easy to install and fit my existing faucet perfectly. I did the installation myself in just a few minutes. Certainly worth the value.

Just wrapped some teflon tap on the male threads of the spout, screwed this on, and you get aerated water Well cut threads and no leaks. Well made Moen product.

Works great, easy to install. Simply unscrew the old aerator, install this new one. The increased water flow is much appreciated. The flow is 2.2 GPM, which strikes a solid balance between water efficiency and strong pressure—ideal for everyday bathroom or kitchen use. The first one I purchased was for the kitchen. I was so pleased with it I bought one for the bathroom as well.

Very happy with this replacement part. Sure it's pricey, but have you even tried those off brands ones? You'll be returning those eventually and wishing you went with this one first. Moem OEM is the ONLY way to go!

I've had low water pressure in my kitchen sink for a few months now and it's finally got to the point where I needed to start taking things apart to figure out what was happening. I knew something was wrong because the water pressure on the handheld sprayer was great, but super low on the main faucet itself. After some research I found the Aerator could be my issue. Ordered this not sure if it would work and it worked AMAZING. It's like a brand new kitchen faucet. Might order a 2nd unit just to have it ready to go.

The aerator on my old (12 years?) sink was slowing down the flow of water noticeably, so I went to buy a replacement. The real thing (Moen) was kinda expensive, so I bought a more generic product. It didn't work as well, and it rusted out in about two years. So I bit the bullet and bought the brand name. The product is fine, but the price is too high.

The end aerator connector at the tip of my Moen kitchen faucet started having issues and an attempt to clean it didn't resolve the problem. I found this when I did a search and decided to give it a try. It's the perfect replacement and screwed onto the tip of the faucet quite easily. I'm very happy with it.

Simplemente lo saque de la caja y lo enrosque en el grifo, muy buena pieza de calidad mismo color que el original espero me dure otros 9 años :D. Muy recomendado.
