It all worked out in the End
Although there was a minor discrepancy with the order (strap not included), I'm giving 5 stars because they have been very easy to work with and have done everything to make it right. I love Richard, as goofy as he is, and I love this video, and instead of the strap, I'm using a yoga strap-thingy and it works just as well. I will definitely work with Cult Couture again.

Mom loves the strap that comes with VHS. Only bought for the strap and i is exactly what we wanted.

Make it fun.
Any thing that Richard Simmons does is good. Also this strechroutine. It is nice to do, you enjo doing it, and you will feel so much better afterwards.

Love this video
Love this video. Would be much better if they included the band that is shown in the video. A belt of your own works ok but too much time is spent in getting it just right as there are no loops for your feet in a regular belt. Would love this in a DVD.

This feels good!
Love To Stretch is great for the days when I feel tense or want to get moving but feel lazy. Going through the stretches were so enjoyable that 22 minutes feels like 5. At the end, I'm totally relaxed but not sleepy.The songs on this video are: Just The Two Of us, Lean On Me, You Are The Sunshine Of My Life, Slow Hand and Endless Love.I got the packaged set with the VHS and stretch strap. The strap is long enough for tall people and has a second loop set for really short people too. If you don't have an exercise strap, you can use a bathrobe belt or long strip of cloth.If you're not naturally flexible, do not push yourself. If it really hurts, you're doing it wrong. A stretch should feel good, not painful. Reposition yourself in a way that feels good to you.

Love Richard, but not this video
For me, the best part of the video was the strip of fabric that came with the video, which I now use for yoga. The routine didn't stretch me out enough or relax me. And he does far too many windmills (gave me bursitis!). It's been a while since I've done the routine, but I seem to remember that he didn't hold the stretches long enough either. I suppose it's better than no stretching at all.
