I waited way too long to replace my previous mattress. I'm a side/back sleeper so I opted for the pillow top. I love this mattress. It strikes the right balance of firmness and softness. Honestly, after the first week, I thought it was not soft enough and got a topper but then that was too soft so I removed it. Now that I've had it for a month, my body has acclimated and I love it. Good value. Would recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  Update to previous post: I’ve purchased mattresses from all the leading manufactures, from price points in the hundreds to thousands of dollars. Including a Stearns & Foster King for 4500.00 one of the worst mattress from my experiences. The Ashley Hybrid is incredibly comfortable and very affordable at 400.00. Im not waking up in the middle of the night in pain, or tossing and turning. When I removed the plastic wrap the mattress expanded to the full 13” per spec. in just 1 hour. I did wait 30 hours before sitting/ sleeping on it (see video from previous post) The mattress pillow top allows my body to settle in for comfort, yet being firmly supported from underneath by the coils. I’m ordering another one right now and saving it as replacement.

Loved this mattress when I first purchased it. Now less than 14 months later I need a new mattress. The center where the coils are has sunk. So uncomfortable. I will never purchase a hybrid mattress again.

I was so nervous to order a mattress online! But this one did not disappoint. As soon as we cut the plastic it rose to full size. We still let it sit for a night or two before sleeping on it. It is so comfy. Firm but still plush and soft. Exactly what I was looking for.

Recommended to me for kid’s apartment. A bit nervous about buying a mattress online but it is great. Very comfy (soft like pillow top ) and so easy to unbox. Box is heavy though so it’s def a 2-person job.Went well with platform bed frame.Not sure I would buy for myself and let’s see how it holds up, but I would buy again!

After trying a bunch of mattresses at furniture stores and browsing amazon for months, I decided to pull the trigger on this model, and I'm extremely glad I did. It's the perfect combination of supportive and soft. There is a chemical smell to it when first unboxed, but it faded quickly for me.The only con I can see to this mattress would be if you need sturdy and supportive edges to your mattress, like if you often sit on the edge of your bed to put on your shoes. Otherwise, I see no flaws.

The description said plush, this mattress is definitely firm. I am a side sleeper and needed a plush mattress so this is not what I wanted. If you are looking for a firm mattress then this is a good buy. The mattress seems well made. If you want a softer mattress you do not want this. There is really no way to return it because it comes rolled up in a box and there is no way to get it back into the box to return it.
