So take care and protect from frost and snow. I would advise to leave in a pot and put somewhere safe and warm in the winter. Hope this helps. **Q: Two different variety of palms in the photos, so which do you get ?** A: I was expecting to get the windmill palm but got the other one, it's a lovely plant and growing well, also came well packaged **Q: how to treat a frost damaged phoenix palm i have 4 all looking dead, do i trim them back or leave alone .thanks in advance.** A: I’d like to know too!! Sorry I can’t be of more help. I too have 3 die due to the heavy frost this year. I pulled all of the leaves from 1 as it was extremely sturdy. I’m hoping that the roots are still ok and it will start to grow again come spring/ summer. **Q: Will this plant grow in partial shade** A: To be honest the plant hadn’t done much at all infact it’s very poor wouldn’t buy if I were you ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 September 2026* Can’t wait for it to grow big ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice plant *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 September 2026* Plant arrived in good condition.
