Don't rely on ADT to furnish this battery pack. Buy it on Amazon!
If you have an ADT system, you know that they no longer service their equipment. When our backup battery went bad, we quickly found out that ADT does not carry the replacement batteries anymore. They provide instructions how to replace the battery but you are on your own. Thanks tobAmazon, we got a replacement battery pack quickly and were able to be back on line quickly.

My security was compromised
I was so excited to get this battery so that my alarm system would continue to offer me peace of mind. It arrived on time. So happy. Finally got it installed. Extremely happy. And then, it happened. After a week, the yellow triangle appeared on the panel. It flashed low battery. Not happy any more. Contacted seller and requested a refund. That worked out well. And I think it was just a glitch with the battery. I ordered another battery from same seller (fingers crossed) and I got it today. I am going to install it again and see how it goes.

The battery arrived dead.
I bought this battery because ADT did not have any more in stock. It was easy to install but it didn't seem to work. I had to call ADT for a service call because I thought I had done something incorrectly. The technician tested the battery and said to send it back because it was dead. Still waiting for a refund. This is an addition to the above. I finally got my refund for a battery that NEVER worked. It was dead as the ADT Tech said it was. So, this company that sent me a non-working product charged me $5.85 for a Restocking Fee Refund Deduction. $5.85 it cost me so they could throw it in the trash. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I could give less than 1 Star. Absolutely worthless.

Does what I need it to do.
Fits in my old ADT security pad keeps my alarm going if the power goes out so it does its job. Kind of a pain to replace the battery in one of these, but they walked me through it. No problem. Getting it open to begin with is the hardest part.lol
