iTouchless 13 Gallon Automatic Trash Can with Odor Control System – Black Round Kitchen Sensor Garbage Bin for Kitchen or Office

It’s not easy to find a good trashcan in the store, and I had gone through many of them. Until I cross on this one, I had like the color how it functions, and I read through the reviews and decided to buy it. It arrived fairly quickly and it was easy to install. You do have to buy the batteries. You can use like a little screwdriver if you have one. I actually install like for trash bags inside to avoid having to take one every week or depending on how much trash there is. It’s very functional smarts, and easy to detect hand motions. It arrived quickly, and I absolutely love this trashcan. I’ve gotten comments of weird that I buy it. I would have to say that this item can’t be found at target or other places I recommend this product. Its easy to clean and keep the odors away. I think I’ve been using it for three months already, so far no problems.

My touchless 13 gallon kitchen trash worked great but after about 2 years the top just stopped working. Did not need to buy another complete unit since the can itself was fine. I believe I shorted my lid out when cleaning it with spray bleach so I will be more careful next time.

This trash can uses 4 AA battery which I like because I don't have to replace the battery that often. It's really sensitive and it save me time from opening the cap

I absolutely love this trash can!Would have given it a 5 star rating but had to return top part for replacement. When that was replaced it works perfectly!Really great purchase!

We bought this can for our nursery. It works great and have had no issue with it not detecting us. It does open and close quite aggressively and is kinda loud, but it’s not an issue. I don’t smell diapers when I walk in the room, but he’s also newborn and not making big stinky ones yet.

13 gallon trash bags are too “short” for this trash can so you’ll have to use slightly larger trash bags. Still love the product tho.

I am overall pretty happy with this purchase mostly for the ease of its use. I have 2 small children and they love to use it. It helps motivate them to throw away garbage! I don’t think I notice any difference with the odor eliminator. My biggest complaint is how hard it is to get the garbage bag out once it is full! I wish there was something to step on so I could hold the cab down while pulling the bag out.

Really great product, I can’t believe how useful this garbage can has been. Very convenient and really helps keep things clean as you don’t need to touch anything with hands our feet . It looks nice too so having it out in the kitchen is no problem. Knocked one star as it is not cheap but the materials used to make it feel like they are on the cheaper end. See how it holds up but great so far. Won’t go back to a congenital garbage can after this !

The can is great, clean and looks nice in the kitchen. Motion sensor stopped working after 24 hours. Very disappointing. I can still use the buttons to open and close but this defeats the purpose of "touchless".UPDATE:Motion is a bit spotty. Started working again so I added two stars. Leaving out one start due to motion not always working.

I paid $130 CAD about 13 months ago for this garbage can. The motor just broke recently. As innovative and awesome as this product was for that small period of time, I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. On the inside of the lid, it gives u a number to call for replacement parts but they charge $50-250 just for the shipping alone so that’s a joke. For the price of this garbage, it should certainly last longer than 13 months. I will be purchasing a step can instead as that is surely more reliable that this. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

This item was a great purchase. It’s size works perfectly in the space I wanted. The motion detector works fantastic however at times too well. Occasionally when u walk by it the lid will automatically open which could lead the batteries to die earlier than anticipated. That being said, it works well, the design is nice and I would definitely purchase it again.

I went online to register the item and obtain an advertised free sample. One of the requirements was to indicate the model number. There was no model number on the item or in the included sheet of instruction. The box in which the item came did not have any clearly marked model number. I called their Customer Service line during their business hours but only got an answering machine. Very disappointed. Would not recommend or purchase again consider how expensive the item is compared to similar ones.
