The instructions are nice and bold on a large 4' long X 12" card stock. Quit impressive. However, the proof is in the pudding as they say. The graphics and instructions for assembling the braces and nose to the back need some serious clarifying. I finally got the dang thing assembled after having to disassemble it TWICE. The several nuts do not go on easy (no worries that they will ever vibrate off) so this process involved way more work than I anticipated. Oh well. Once done, the Magliner is sweet. Best in the business. I once owned grocery stores and worked a summer as route salesperson for a major potato chip/corn chip company. Hand trucks (we called them dollies) are second nature to me.

I live alone and have been trying to get a piece of equipment up my oak stairs without damaging them. I have tried two other hand trucks and a couple other methods, but was unsuccessful in moving it myself. However, after assembling the Magliner with stair glides and strapping the equipment to it, I was able to move the equipment relatively easily (especially compared to the other methods), and it did not damage my stairs. I think the big difference is the aluminum frame decreased the overall weight compared to steel hand trucks, and the stair glides provide the support needed when moving between steps.The assembly process took a little time, but was pretty straight-forward. The only thing was that the washers for the wheels were too thick to include all four, and if I removed one of the washers, it seemed a little too sloppy, so I headed to the hardware store and bought two $0.50 washers that were the right thickness for a good fit. It would have probably worked fine if the other way, but now it is nice and snug.

So I was a little bit hesitant to purchase this because I saw a bunch of negative reviews but I decided to give it a shot and it’s an excellent handtruck it went together pretty easily came with all the necessary parts great for heavy lifting seems like it’s very well-made so I give it a five star

Feels very sturdy, easy to maneuver. I move 200 pound concrete blocks with no problem

The screws for the gliders were entailed in the delivery, the screws for the hand truck itself were missing. No option to just re-order the screws. I gave the 2 stars for Magliner logistics not the product itself, which I hope is worth its money. 2 days later the replacement arrived but this time without the gliders and still no screws. Since Amazon didn't allow me repurchase it, I have to somewhere else.

If you want a quality hand truck, you've found it

The package is not in the original packing, it was re-packed.The parts are obviously used and worn with scratches everywhere.It is fine to sell a used item, I personally don't really mind to buy a used item.This kind of item is supposed to be like this, sooner or later it will have signs, and scraches everywhere, but it will be better if the seller state it is (or might be) a used unit.No assembly instruction included in the box, I have to go online and search it myself.

I move full 55 gallon barrels, it's been working great.

Though two of the photos in the product description show the stair climber kit as part of this product, the Magliner HMK53CUA45 Aluminum Hand Truck, DOES NOT include the kit . It is a good product with deceptive product description. It means the actual price of what they show is over $30 more than the price they show.

Top quality hand truck. Far superior than anything I could find at the big box stores or even at a specialized tool/hardware store. Works great for hauling items up and down my stairs.
