The QR code allows for up to 99 characters worth of additional information you might wish to share. Sturdy metal wire ties secures the tag to your luggage. Multiple choices of colors allows for different preferences. We travel internationally a great deal, and my wife depends upon them. The tags are an excellent product.

The Product was as described and all info was correct.

Ordered 3 tags. One came with the wrong name on it but correct QR. Reached out to the seller (crickets). 2 times calling and leaving messages (crickets). So, frustrated to say the least when I need it for a gift and trip. At this point, no I would not recommend them.UPDATE: Finally I got ahold of someone from the company whom resolved my issue. I told them it’s a great product, but they have to improve customer service with reasonable turnarounds to solve problems.

Readable yet not too large, thick, or heavy.Only thing I would change is that I would like the option of foregoing the QR code for more letters and a 3rd line of text. Nonetheless, would buy again!!

It’s nice to have a luggage tag with only a name showing. The QR code can display any information you want. We choose name, phone #, email address and USA. Very happy with purchase ( it does clang about a bit because it is metal, but that doesn’t bother me)

I was expecting to wait a bit to receive my tag. So I was incredibly surprised to get it less than a week after I ordered it. It looks great and feels very durable. I'll probably order a few more in the very near future.
