it's misprinted, pages 515 through 546 are are just a reprint of pages 195 through 226! So you are missing almost all of motors/flc Tables/ac refrig. Equip/generators. What a joke! This version is the worst version they have printed in over 30 years. The mini Table of contents that highlighted what is in each section are gone so the sections just blend together, making it WAY harder to find info. The grey watermark in the background on every single page is just stupid, seeing as how the new updated info on each edition is always printed in grey. So when you are scanning over it for the new changes your eyes are constantly drawn to the watermark instead of the info. On top of all that it's also delaminated and is now falling apart, keep in mind I have only owned this for 1 month and have only used it for 4 practice tests. This is the worst product I have ever purchased through Amazon.

So the NEC Code comes by itself or you can buy this Handbook, which features tons of useful annotations, examples, and clarifications. Owning both, I can say I almost never look at the straight Code and always use this Handbook. Especially helpful because the NEC is not always as clear as it might be.

It came a little beat up, but it’s just a book. What can you expect from such a discount.

If your looking at this book you already know what’s in it. I’m impressed with the way this book is made definitely a quality hard cover book not cheaply made at all.
