KidWise Summer Blast Waterpark

This slide is so far held up to 4 months of once a week usage. The fan motor did start to lock up but the manufacturer sent a new one out free of charge. It blows up in about 3-4 minutes. Once its up you hook up the hose to the adapter. I had to run out to Home Depot because the watercannon needed a 'female' connector. The pool area never fully gets full once kids start sliding on it but they had alot of fun. Its heavey and bulky so consider that when purchasing. And you'll need to dry it somewhat before putting it away.

**** WARNING *** BUYER BEWARE!Spent over $800.00 for this Water Slide "DUELING BACK TO BACK" Inflatable in LATE JULY 2013, and then stored in August due to our vacation in late August. Followed all if there weight capacity, storage and etc. Was not able to use it in 2014 due to my husband's surgery in June, and I was not able to put it up by myself. Finally got to use it this year 2015 (July) as the weather has been bad the beginning of summer. On the 2nd day of use the pool seem separated from the inflatable slide (on one side). So the kids started using the other side. Surely, enough the second side has also separated. Call customer service and all they want to do for you is to send a sewing kit. The Pool liner is attached by using a Commercial Sewing Machine, and they want me to sew this by hand? This a MANUFACTURER DEFECT THAT THEY DON'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING WITH. BUYER BEWARE! $800.00 IS A LOT OF MONEY TO SPEND ON SOMETHING THAT WE ONLY USED ONLY FOR LESS THAN A MONTH!Here is there email response!:Hi Kathy,We have found over the years that Manufacturing defects 99% of the time are apparent at first use or during the first 30 days of use.The situation here is a little hard to qualify since you purchased this item 2 years ago and this condition appears to have occurred from use and not a defect.I would suggest the best way to fix this seam split is with Wax thread and a hook needle.We would be happy to send you a repair kit at no charge if you would like or could offer you a discount the next time you are in the market for a bounce house.Regards, ServiceWOW!
