Mounted this on the wall. Works great and feels like it will last a lifetime. Very solid piece of metal.

I should have listened to the other reviews, this thing is terrible. You have to tilt the bottle to open it, barely works. Not worth it.

It's stamped steel, it does work, but the back doesn't fit flush against the wall. Takes a few "grabs" to get most caps off. Definitely would recommend the cast (zinc alloy?) ones that are around Amazon instead, this one doesn't look that great on the wall.

All and all this product is good, the only issue I had was that the screws werent the right size so it was hard to screw into the wall. I ended up taking diffrent screws from my tool box. But besides that it is really good and I like the way it looks against the wall!

thought this would be very small by looking at the description picture but this is actually much bigger, easy to instal and comes with screws, easy to use as well.

I understand that this is an under the counter bottle opener! However it does not open bottles. Perhaps this particular one is not correctly bent (the angle is different than our other one and different from the one pictured above for that matter), but it will not grasp the edge of the bottle cap. I ended up tossing it, only 4 bucks so I'm not torn up about it.

I was pretty disappointed with this product. I don't think I was ever able to open a bottle with a single try. Instead I had to rotate the bottle 2 or 3 times to get the cap to come off. I ended up buying the Black Plain STARR "X" Wall Mounted Bottle Opener instead: [...]

This is an under the counter mounted bottle opener. It is not designed to be mounted on a wall like the description says. Other than that detail, the item is nice and sturdy!
