It feels good for burst. I can't do it too long and need slippers after a few minutes cause it starts to hurt too much.The mats are as advertised and the bright colors make it easy to find on the floor in the dark

I was expecting it will be a bit softer as mentioned sutable for kids. Good for adults though.Ordered orange, came yellow...

Meh, not great
Ordered this for my daughter who was having heel pain from soccer. The mat itself feels really cheap like a dollar-store find and the edges are a bit sharp. She wouldn't use it. I tried it, and it definitely didn't win me over either. I've never used these so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I have to think you can get a better quality, and more therapeutic version than this.

Don’t waste money
It’s super cheap hard plastic. Not lubber one. massage fine but it not stick at the floor. Slippery~ should careful to use. and not flat even... $1much quality. made in China.

Very nice massage mat
It has a very relaxing feel to it, it massages the feet very well. I like to walk, run and jump on it every now and then, or rest my feet on it while sitting at the computer desk. I always use it bare foot.Maybe make it slip proof as it moves around a bit.And it's a bit too soft, it needs to be made harder.After using it for a couple hours, you won't even need to pay heating bills. It will keep your feet nice, warm and fuzzy - step on it long enough and you will see.I will have to give it a 4 out of 5 because of its softness and because it is not slip proof.I expected something harder and painful judging by all the reviews I have read so far - I was sadly disappointed.Overall, a decent mat that keeps feet nice, warm and relaxed.You can apply black seed oil on your feet, to make your feet even warmer.
