Found the WIFI connection to be near impossible and I have very good WIFI at home. To get a reliable connection I have had to hard wire to a router and now works really well. Very few connection are 2.5 GHz and this camera needs to be upgraded to work on 5 GHz.Despite the connection problem if hard wired to to your router I would recommend

Picture quality and motion detection is good BUT there is no way to control the pan tilt from the Camhi app so renders this feature useless and you'd be as well getting a fixed camera and saving your money, needless to say I returned the camera for a refund.

This is a very well built, solid quality outdoor security cam. Works great for what I need. Day pictures are crystal clear, night vision could be a little bit better but is pretty good, sound quality both transmit and receive are loud and clear. Panning it from my phone has taken a little bit of practice. Basic setup instructions are just that, basic. Online instructions are somewhat helpful, but could be explained a little better. The wifi security camera comes with a built-in microphone and high quality speaker for enhanced audio quality, enabling two-way audio to listen and talk to visitors and defending yourself by warning unwanted visitors. Awesome PTZ!!! Thank you very much for handling it professionally and very courteously, which making this a great product to have.

All good if it wasn’t for the fact that you have to log in every time you close the live view and recording’s views. Also log in sometimes not possible, and you have to reset it or power off to get it working again. So if you want to view it away from home it’s hit and miss weather it comes on or not. For this reason I do not recommend this camera only because of the connection problems

This camera is great. Got this camera and installed on my garage so I can see all the way of my driveway and door. Initially, it took me a while to figure out how to install it is manageable. the PTZ works well and the picture quality is excellent.The 5x optical zoom wireless wifi outdoor security camera equipped 2.7~13.5mm auto-focus Lens,can achieve 355° horizontal and 120° vertical pan and It works well with my iphone and ipad. After used for a while, I really like the zoom in picture and night vision of the camera, also with any quesitons, the tech support are very helpful everytime, that is the best part of this camera. Besides, being able to talk with two way audio is awesome.safety to monitor your home outdoor or indoor. and I can observe what is happening immediately. Good value and will buy again.

I ordered this wifi IP camera long time ago, I used it as my home security camera for months, found no problems and I’m a quite happy customer.It took us some time to get it installed at the desired location we planned, because my house is 3 floors tall and there were no plugs nearby at the point of the roof space. My house is at a corner plot, that’s why I chose to buy this kind of security camera because it can rotate, then I can get one security camera instead of 2. I read all the product information and reviews before I put the order. Despite I saw some negative reviews, I decide to get it and test it myself, if it’s not good, I still have some time to return it. Luckily it worked fine all the time. I paid a professional person to install it, and connected it with my WiFi, maybe that’s the main reason.This cctv camera can rotate horizontal 355° and vertical 100°, it can detect larger range compared with non-PTZ cameras. And we also can zoom in/out to observe objects in details. I wouldn’t say much about other features because I feel it’s quite similar with my another non-PTZ camera, I guess most of the security cameras have similar functions nowadays. Night vision is clear, picture quality is also good. This is the 2nd security camera I bought because it can rotate for me to observe my side & rear garden, saved me a lot of money to buy and pay installation for another one.

I have a BT Hub and its easy to connect items however this was a little awkward.After you add a camera to the APP, scan the QR Code which is located on the right hand side of the box it came in, as it will help you make the installation easier.You have to initially use the your phones data to connect, from there you click on the "settings" icon to the right of the picture/image. It opens drop down list which allows you to connect to your home network, as well as all the other features.I had issues connecting the antenna as the mail connector on the camera was loose. Also it would have been nice if they supplied covers for the 2 screw holes at the top to stop any dirt or the elements getting access to the screws.The APP is basic I tried to get it onto my laptop but still struggling with this.
