It fit my 2013 KIA OPTIMA hood - no issues - I searched for a u-tube for video on how to remove. I used box cutter blade to break seam. Go slow. Then took an old credit card (or can use similar plastic item) to wedge and lift up and edge. Once you can lift up an edge you can get fishing line underneath. Along with the fishing line, I continued to work the credit card creating more access. The credit card also doubles protecting the car finish as I inserted a screw driver and slowly began to pry away the old part. Just go slow and work the edges in several areas - if you have more than 1 plastic card use them to to create air gaps. Start to finish took less than 10 minutes. When I did my trunk - I was learning and that took 1/2 hour -as I figured things out.Good Luck

I ordered front and back and my front emblem for my 2013 Optima had been made upside down and since the placement prongs aren't in the center I had to drill 2 holes for them. It wasn't a big deal, and not difficult, but it was just a thing. Insertion was perfect and be sure you take your time and remove all of yhe old adhesive before installing a new badge.Would I buy again? Yes.

The emblem looks fine but the alignment tabs on the back had to be cutoff. This is because they are upside down. If you try to install badge with them on the Kia symbol will be upside down

Easy to remove the old one and replace it with a new one. It looks like the original. I would repurchase it again If I needed another one.
