LiveTrak L-12 Digital Mixer (Renewed)

So, I really wanted a digital mixer that wouldn't break the bank, but would provide me the ability to have multiple scenes and “Fader Mode” for custom mixes for both the Master and monitor outs. This was it and it allows me to send audio to/from my rig and out to my FM Transmitter (Main Outputs) and my PA System with a different mix via Monitor Out to my PA.I took a chance and purchased this as (Renewed) and to my surprise, the product I received appeared to be brand new with all items factory sealed. While I realize "Renewed" can mean anything, it was worth taking a chance since Amazon has a worry-free policy on renewed items.One other note: Another buyer recommended a CASEMATIX 17" Elite Custom Waterproof Laptop Case‎ (RMR21-ACPH) to store the mixer. I can confirm it works perfectly and you can store power supply, adapters and USB Cable with some room to spare. Hi, The Quick Guide owners manual was not included .

The pre-amps in this are a substantial upgrade from my previous multi-track, a Zoom R24. There's just a cleaner sound and more headroom. The other real improvement is getting away from deep-dive menus and having dedicated knobs for quick adjustments. My only complaint-- and it's relatively small-- is that four of the tracks are paired together and don't have any EQ adjustments. Think of this more as an 8-track recorder with two stereo pairs for something that doesn't require any EQ. Maybe keyboards with an external EQ?

I’m sure the product is good but am disappointed with the “renewed” product. The unit I received did not even power up.

Even though this was sold as "refreshed" and I got a nice discount, it did not have a scratch or even a fingerprint and came with all original packaging. I'm beyond happy. And, oh yeah, this mixer rocks! I'm using it for live performance with my 5 piece band.
