HATE IT!
I thought this would be wonderful. CP makes quality product and everything I own by CP, if it has not been working for me for over 10 years, it is because I have not yet owned it that long! Here is my gripe about this grinder.... I use air grinders as buffers (I paint aircraft) My primary is a Dewalt multi-speed electric, and I love it! There is torque on tap, and it does what I need it to do. Those of you who have buffed poly-urethane paints know what I am talking about! I needed an air buffer for jobs I do on the Flightline, (where electric outlets are scarce) I bought this one because I liked what I read. Well, what the documentation does NOT say is that there is a safety button that is an "OSHA" requirement. One must hold this in in order to pull the trigger to make it go. SERIOUSLY? I am a professional (hence the "for professional use only" sticker) I know how to release the trigger, I know how to pick the thing up so that I do not turn it on by accident. I do NOT need an annoying little button to prevent me from using this in the way I would like to use it. Anyway, I send the thing back and bought Ingersoll Rand used for $100 less, and so far, I am happy with it. It does not have the torque of electric, but that was not why I bought it.
