Excellent for the purpose
Easy to work with, they hold together very wellThey DO NOT have holes in them for clone plugs etc so you can shape the opening for whatever type of starter you used. Very handy and these big ones are much better for browing big plants than the 6x6x6 Hugo's, over 2x the volume

Good value
Good value vs precut smaller squares. You can cut chunks you need for smaller planting needs, try a series of bread knives some blades work better should find one that glides right through with even pressure, proper ventilation might be good so you don't breathe small particles.

Rockwhool.
Good product, great for dwc. Recommended brand over other rockwhool cubes. The tape around actually helps.

Grow Big or Go Home!
There's a reason they call this cube the "Big Mama". Plants get huge!! I grew Dwarf Yellow Cherry Tomatoes indoors last winter. They should have topped out at 2 feet tall. Instead they grew almost 5 feet high. If bigger is better, the Big Mama is Best.

Big block for massive plants!
Use these to grow monsters! Fits perfectly in a gen hydro water farm bubble bucket. Plants love em. I use in a recirculating top drip dwc. I just let my 1.5" Cube sit on top and the roots do the rest. Was having root rot issues when using clay pebbles and other medium, not with these!

4x4x2.5 cubes 6 packs
Great wool no missing pieces and sturdy as it should be other companies falls apart when wet. This is where I will order from next time just prefer 4x4x4 next time but what I got works this time for me!

GREAT price when sold by Amazon
I got individual blocks from Amazon for less than the full-case price at a local hydroponics store. To give some context for the size: I use 2 and 4 gallon square pails from ULINE for my hydroponic system. I used to use 6" cubes. They would be 2 inches from the top of the 2 gallon container, which made it tricky to fully cover the cube and prevent algae growth, plus it would rattle around side to side and tip over when the plant would get to big sometimes killing the root system and plant. With the 8" cubes you have to force them down into the 8" x 8" x 8" 2 gallon pail, and once they're in they are flush with the top and have no play side to side. I haven't finished the grow yet, but these cubes seem like they will substantially increase my yield.
