The product was delivered on time and in good condition. The only problem that I had was: the location of the gas connection created an interferance with the drawer below.

5-point Grid (grill) unsafe.
The 5- point grid is similar to a Jenn-Aire stove I had--pots with handles tipped over frequently. Not safe. I'm surprised Thermador would put this out for consumption. The 5-point burner is a great design, but the grid, even with one extra point added in places, doesn't make up for the wide spots.
