Resch No23 Guinea Pig House Natural solid wood made of spruce / with two large entrances and Rounded Corners 31x19x21cm (LxHxW)

I was a bit dubious about buying this as some of the reviews mention damage through poor posting but I bought a much larger version a couple of years ago and the guinea pigs loved it so took a chance and I am glad I did. It is very solidly made with no sharp bits or glue blobs and its proper wood, not plywood, so won't damage their mouths or splinter when they are chewing on it. The piggies love it and the second door way is a bonus as it means one piggy can escape when the other wants to go in. It has quickly become the favourite house in their area. I found it easy to clean with a damp cloth and one of my piggies who is rather a well built piggy jumps up to sit on the roof and the house does not fall over (or collapse!). It fits one piggy comfortably but I think two adult piggies would need one each. My two can fit in together when they bolt in, after hearing a loud noise for example, but they couldn't sit like that long term. I am very pleased with the house and now saving up for a second one so yes, I would highly recommend.

Excellent good quality house, just the right size for 2 piggies. Can be used as a house or tunnel. My boys love running laps through it or sitting in it.

I already had this for my boy piggies and now my girls have one too. It is such good quality wood and so well made. I have 3 other items made by this company. Its the best quality I can find. Highly recommended.

Came fast enough, not badly priced. No visible glue which is fantastic, solid and sturdy. Pigs love it great for their teeth but really only big enough for one fat pig or two young piggies.Love that it has two openings for them to come and go as they please and allows me more angles to see them relaxing!Only thing I wasn’t impressed with is how it was sent, in a plastic wrap in a brown paper amazon package.Luckily wasn’t damaged but would be slightly hesitant to buy a bigger one incase the stairs or anything come damaged. Would definitely buy the is one again though

Arrived already assembled, the boys love it. It's plenty big enough for both of them at the moment, they're only 10 weeks old (8 weeks in the photo).However, they are both large for their age, and will outgrow the house, if they end up as big as their father and grandfather. If they do outgrow it, I'll buy another house from the same brand.

Au top, elle adore sa nouvelle cabane et nous aussi. Elle est très solide.

Holz ist sauber und ordentlich verarbeitet. Die Schweinchen fühlen sich wohl. Benutzen es aber weniger als richtiges Haus. Mehr als Durchgang und zum Spielen.

Sehr schön ist das Haus und vor allem hat es eine gute Größe. Deshalb habe ich direkt noch eins bestellt. Meine Meerschweinchen sind glücklich und lieben ihre Häuser.

Endlich mal ein Häuschen mit dicken Wänden. Leider zwei große Öffnungen.
