Women's Pretty Pump

I ordered a 10W but they really hurt my toes after an hour of walking or standing! They look really nice though...

Product is simple and my pair seemed pretty well made considering the price. However, they were VERY wide. Some customers say too small/narrow some say too big/wide. Product must be inconsistent. I had to return them.

These are cute, and they fit well. But I've only had them for about 2 months and the heel is cracked and falling off. For the record, I work at a desk in an office; it's not like I've put miles on these things. I'm disappointed that they're broken and the return window is closed. Now I have to figure out how to fix them; I hate throwing things away because it's so wasteful.

The shoes would have been perfect if they were not too tight in the toe bed. I had to return them as a result of their being so small.

I tried these on when they arrived and loved the fit. Since we have been working from home, I didn’t have reason to wear them to work until well past the return date. My first day wearing the shoes, the bottom of the heel came off before lunchtime. By the end of the day, the heel was pretty much destroyed. I’m very disappointed because I really like the fit.

These are great fit shoes and heel height is perfect! I can wear these to work all day or even on weekends without any discomfort. Would recommend to others who want to look for good, functional heels and comfort.

I'm giving three stars because they really are pretty as stated. The insole is nice and cushiony too. However, if you wear a regular to narrow shoe these aren't for you. My toes slid into the pointed tip so far that i had almost a 2" gap between my heel and the back of the shoe. I wear a nine but i needed about a 7 1/2 narrow. I had to wear them due to poor planning on my part. After stuffing the toe boxes full of tissue it helped to keep them on my feet. I was absolutely miserable BUT...if they came in a narrower size they would've been perfect for me. I am going to try & find a solution because I wore them & they're so pretty.

Great color and heel height. However they are very pointy and narrow. I ordered a wide width and had to return them because they were still very tight in the toe area. Disappointed

I don't know how we're supposed to pick a size. All the comments are devided with saying "Not true to size", order a size up or order a size down.I took a chance and ordered MY size. They ended up being too big, to where I could put my finger between the shoe and my heel. I'm not re-ordering in a different size, after sending them back. Too much of a gamble with this brand.I did give an extra star from the initial1 star, because they were comfortable. So if you actually find your size, you may be happy with the shoes.

Tienen un olor espantoso.. pareciera que los tienen guardado en un baúl sin ventilación.. Huelen igual que la ropa antigua.. Le he rociado de todo, pero al volver a la caja nuevamente apestan.. Me parecen muy caros para la calidad del producto..

Me parecieron unos zapatos muy buenos y estilizados pero una de las tapas de los tacones se rompió a los pocos usos, a pesar de que no estoy todo el día caminando, y si lo hago, regularmente es dentro de una oficina.

Los zapatos están bonitos, lo único es que yo soy 4, pedí el 7 M US y me quedo grande, por lo que pedí un numero mas pequeño
