Don’t work
The grommet doesn’t have the needed slit or perforation to collapse and expand properly and therefore just dents and caves misshapen every time. Then it falls out.

Missing the washers
They did not come with washers and I was not even able to us them with washers I already had because the post is too wide for an M4 and the spread too narrow for an M5. Can't say if they are really stainless - they are magnetic - but that doesn't mean they are not. The metal is quite hard. Returning.
